Bay Lobster Zucca Conchiglie

Serves 2-4 | Prep time: 2 Minutes | Cook Time: 20 Minutes




500gm Pasta’bah Squid Ink Conchiglie
4 Bay Lobster tails – Cooked and diced
1 Packet Zucca sauce

Panko, herb and parmesan crumb

1 cup panko crumbs
1/2 Cup finely grated parmesan
2tbsp Finely chopped parsley and thyme
1 tbsp Lemon Zest
1 Grated garlic bulb


1. Cook the pasta as per the instructions, until al dente.

2. In a saucepan, gently heat the Zucca sauce. Add a cup of pasta water to thin the sauce out or alternatively, a dash of cream for a richer sauce.

3. Toss through the pasta and lobster. Season

4. Garnish with the herb and parmesan crumb & enjoy


  1. Incorporate all of the ingredients in a non-stick fry pan over a low heat. Gently stir and toss until evenly toasted.
  2. Cool and reserve until serving.
  3. Store in a clip seal bag in the freezer for storage. (Prepare for there to be no leftovers though… It’s pretty addictive!)
