We recommend defrosting product with an ice water brine, additionally product can be defrosted overnight in the fridge, or more rapidly by placing product in a sealed bag under circulating water.

Products are frozen on the fishing vessels then supplied by ABLP directly to restaurants and customers with limited handling. Feel free to keep the product in your freezer for up to 6 months with retained quality.

For live product orders, we will require product to be received. For frozen orders, our drivers will endeavour to leave your order in a safe and shaded location. Product should not be left unattended for more than 6 hours.
