10 Minute Grilled Bay Lobster with Garlic & Herb butter.

4 Medium Raw Bay Lobster

2 Cloves Fresh Garlic – Grated
Lemon Zest
150gms Butter

Salt & Pepper


  1. Chop all of the herbs together until very fine. Let the butter come to room temperature, then combine with the herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the Bay Lobsters in half, clean out the heads and place on a baking tray.
  3. Douse with the herb and garlic butter then place under a hot grill. Keep a close eye on them and once cooked, serve immediately.
  4. This dish pairs great with a summery salad, or simply enjoy with some warm, crusty bread.
