4 Medium Raw Bay Lobster
2 Cloves Fresh Garlic – Grated
Salt & Pepper
- Chop all of the herbs together until very fine. Let the butter come to room temperature, then combine with the herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the Bay Lobsters in half, clean out the heads and place on a baking tray.
- Douse with the herb and garlic butter then place under a hot grill. Keep a close eye on them and once cooked, serve immediately.
- This dish pairs great with a summery salad, or simply enjoy with some warm, crusty bread.
