If you have an issue with a product of ours, please call 0437 464 989 as soon as possible Please make sure you have at hand your reference or invoice number when you call us.
Claims for damaged product deliveries must be made upon receipt of the delivery. Please make sure you note any external packaging damage upon the receipt from the freight company.
We will look to resolve the problem with you over the phone. If this is not possible we will ask you to email ABLP with as much information as possible to email@example.com.
Please make sure you include:
- your invoice or reference number;
- full contact details;
- as much information as possible.
- if appropriate please email pictures of the issue.
We will investigate the problem and let you know as soon as possible what we determine to be the best solution. Refunds, if offered, will be issued in the same payment form as tenured at the time of purchase.
